At Holly Tree Cottages, we are close enough to hear ocean waves breaking on the shore in the quiet evening, and stroll down to the beach for a sunrise or early morning walk.

Nauset Beach was voted Best Beach on the Lower Cape in the Best of Cape Cod in Cape Cod Life magazine. It has sparkling sand and water and wonderful waves for surfing, swimming and beachcombing. It's also a favorite place for surf casting for striped bass and bluefish.

SeaWind and Beach Rose, our comfortable, air conditioned studios offer high speed internet, cable TV& DVD, tiled bath with tub/shower, cordless telephone, and electric heat. There is a cozy eating nook with a refrigerator, toaster oven, coffeemaker, table settings and glassware. Each studio has a separate entrance and private parking area, with room to stow your water/sports equipment. The outdoor patio area has a gas grill, with lots of seating and tables.
